Luke Robson
I’m Luke, a graphic designer from the North East with a huge interest in branding, logos and visual identity. This portfolio brings together my university projects, work from Durham Cricket and personal projects where I’ve been able to explore my own creative interests.
A lot of my uni work has naturally leaned towards branding, as that is the area I enjoy most and want to keep developing in. I like taking a brief and finding a way to shape it around identity, concept and visual systems, while still meeting the aims of the project.
This year has also pushed me outside of my comfort zone. I have worked more with 3D, animation and immersive design, which has challenged the way I think and helped me build new skills alongside my usual design practice.
For me, design is not just about making something look nice. It is about problem solving. I enjoy creating ideas that feel clear, considered and meaningful, while finding the right visual approach for the brief.
This portfolio shows how my work has developed over time, from client-facing cricket graphics to university briefs that have helped me grow as a designer.
