Project Overview
For our third module, we were split into pairs and given a challenge: come up with a concept that would help make healthy eating more accessible to the public. It pushed us to work closely together, assign roles based on our strengths, and bring a shared idea to life.
I took on the branding side of the project, which I was really excited about, as creating logos and brand identities is something I’m passionate about. Abigail focused on the app design, which made total sense given her background in web design—those skills transferred perfectly into building wireframes and app layouts.
I was genuinely chuffed with our pairing. Our skills complemented each other really well, and from the start I felt confident we could make something strong. I think it was our trust in each other and solid teamwork that made the project a success.
Below, you’ll find a sneak peek at some of the mockups, along with the rest of my brand presentation for the module.

Project Reflection
During this module, I learned a lot about brand design, especially by taking the lead on the brand identity. I also developed my teamwork skills through group calls with Abigail, where we discussed colour palettes, concept directions, and more. This pushed me to research deeper into logo design and understand how important it is to create a full brand identity system rather than just a standalone logo.
It encouraged me to become even more obsessed with this style of design, fueling my eagerness to learn by watching endless YouTube videos and reading books for research. Abigail did a great job using the assets we created and designing an effective layout for our app. I was really happy with her help and contribution throughout the project.
Overall, this module showed me the value of collaboration and reinforced my passion for building strong, cohesive brand identities.
